Jayman Realty was established in 1993 as another facet of Jayman MasterBUILT's integrated Gold Key Services. Knowing that many customers had to sell a current home as part of building their dreams it seemed natural to offer realty services and coordinate them with the new home purchase. Jayman Realty was established to maximize the equity customers take out of their former homes and help keep everyone working on the same agenda - to get each customer into their new Jayman home the easiest way possible.

Ernie Laprairie, a 32-year professional leads a team of agents who are there to remove the barriers that stand between each customer and their new Jayman home.
